Allow your trainer to help on your computer
Use RustDesk only when your trainer asks for remote support. You will share your ID and then click Accept. Your trainer cannot enter without your approval.
Download RustDesk
Click Download for Windows, then open the downloaded EXE file. Installation is optional.
After download, check the Downloads folder and double-click the RustDesk EXE. If Windows warning appears, click More info, then Run anyway.
Student Steps
- Download and open RustDesk.
- Go to Settings, then Network.
- Open ID/Relay server.
- Fill the four fields exactly as shown on this page.
- Click OK and restart RustDesk once.
- Tell your trainer only your RustDesk ID.
- When the request appears, click Accept.
Normal flow: share ID + click Accept. Password is not required unless Accept does not appear.

How Trainer Connects

Student shares ID
Student reads or sends the RustDesk ID shown on their screen.

Trainer connects
Trainer enters the student ID in RustDesk and clicks Connect.

Student accepts
Student clicks Accept on the popup. Then trainer can control mouse/keyboard.
If It Does Not Work
- Check both student and trainer added the same server settings.
- Restart RustDesk after saving settings.
- Check internet connection.
- If Accept popup does not appear, use the temporary password as backup.
- Close RustDesk when support is finished.
Only accept connection requests from your Kiran Academy trainer.
